1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the parkjili platform (the "Platform"), including all associated websites, mobile applications, and services operated under the domain parkjili.vip, you ("User," "you," or "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, and our Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and any other persons who access or use the Platform. If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of a legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

parkjili reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of such changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2. Eligibility

To register and use the parkjili Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, as required under Philippine law governing casino-style online gaming.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is lawful at the time of placing any wager.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of parkjili or any of its affiliated companies, or an immediate family member of such a person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or suspended from the Platform or any other gaming platform operated by parkjili or its affiliates.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

3. Account Registration and Security

To access the full features of the parkjili Platform, you must create a registered account. The following rules apply to all parkjili accounts:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one registered account on the Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and must update such information promptly if it changes. parkjili reserves the right to request documentary evidence to verify the information you provide.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. parkjili will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• KYC Verification: parkjili may require Know Your Customer (KYC) verification at any time, including but not limited to at registration, prior to processing withdrawals, or when suspicious activity is detected. Required documents may include a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.
• Account Suspension: parkjili reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects fraud, money laundering, breach of these Terms, or any other unlawful activity.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the parkjili Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

• Accepted Methods: parkjili accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, Maya (PayMaya), bank transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank), and Philippine-issued debit cards. parkjili does not accept cryptocurrency or credit card deposits.
• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ₱50. Minimum withdrawal amounts are specified within the Platform's cashier section and may vary by payment method.
• Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and may be subject to wagering requirements where bonus funds are involved. parkjili aims to process approved withdrawals within the timeframes specified in the cashier section, but does not guarantee processing times.
• Own Funds: You may only deposit funds that belong to you and that originate from a legitimate source. You must not deposit funds on behalf of any third party.
• Transaction Limits: parkjili may impose deposit and withdrawal limits at the account level, including as part of responsible gaming measures. These limits may be adjusted upon request, subject to verification.
• Errors: In the event of a technical error resulting in an incorrect credit to your account, parkjili reserves the right to correct such errors and recover any funds incorrectly credited, regardless of whether you have wagered such funds.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

parkjili may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives from time to time. The following general terms apply to all promotions unless otherwise specified in the applicable promotion's specific terms:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which must be fulfilled before bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. Specific wagering requirements are stated in each promotion's terms.
• Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only. Systematic or professional exploitation of bonus offers, including through the use of multiple accounts, is prohibited.
• parkjili reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• In the event of a dispute regarding a bonus, parkjili's decision shall be final and binding.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash except in accordance with the applicable wagering requirements.

6. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the parkjili Platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, fraud, or financing of illegal activities.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes through the use of software, bots, scripts, or any other automated means.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Registering multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information to parkjili at any time.
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts the operation of the Platform or interferes with other users' enjoyment of the Platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise access the source code of the Platform.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the parkjili Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, and user interface elements, is the property of parkjili or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of parkjili. The parkjili name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of parkjili. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use such marks.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, parkjili, its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

parkjili does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. parkjili's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

9. Responsible Gaming

parkjili is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its obligations in this regard seriously. The following responsible gaming provisions apply to all users:

• Age Restriction: The Platform is strictly for users aged 21 and above. parkjili employs age verification measures and will suspend accounts where underage use is suspected.
• Self-Exclusion: Users may request self-exclusion from the Platform for a defined period or permanently. Self-exclusion requests can be submitted through account settings or by contacting customer support.
• Deposit Limits: Users may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through their account settings. Requests to increase limits are subject to a cooling-off period.
• Session Reminders: Users may configure session time reminders to help manage their gaming time.
• Reality Checks: The Platform provides periodic notifications of time spent and amounts wagered during active sessions.

10. Termination and Suspension

parkjili reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Regulatory requirements or instructions from competent authorities.
• Cessation of the Platform's operations in whole or in part.

Upon termination, any bonus balances will be forfeited. Real-money balances will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements and deduction of any amounts owed to parkjili.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. The Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) regulatory framework applies to the operation of the Platform.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be submitted to parkjili's customer support team for informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

12. Amendments to These Terms

parkjili reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, parkjili will notify registered users via email or through a prominent notice on the Platform. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting customer support.
